We photograph 360 rotations, anything up to 150KG so its not something we dismiss entirely, but do they really convert to more sales or is it just technology for the sake of it ?
At Studio488 we have done hundreds of rotations, all HTML5 comparable, and responsive, state of the art software and turntables as well as second to none post production as a result of being asked, not as a result of selling the service.
We have heard lots of information regarding conversions but they are always from a bias point of view wrote from companies that specialise in the hardware (funny that !)
Take shoes for example once you have taken 6 angles, everything else is just filling.
So the jury is still out at our end as to the conversion rates banded around.
